Day 16-18: 29 Faces

This week, the wonderstrange 50 Canvases challenge is to FINGERPAINT!  How fun is that?!

I laid down one initial coat of Napithol Crimson on the background with a brush.  Everything else was done with my fingers.

This is an 8x10 canvas, and since I had to work extra hard (with my fingers!), I am counting all three faces here.

    1. Thank you! It was a ton of fun to feel so physically connected to what I was painting. Did you find the same thing?

  2. Fingerpainting! How cool! I'll have to try that. I've not done that since kindergarten and that was toooo many years ago.

  3. Fingerpainting! (To steal the opening of the previous commenter!) It really does sound fun. This group feels quite gothic to me with those stitched lips, the dark crimson palette and an evil looking queen. A queen and her minions? It's creepy. It's cool! I love her pink cheeks.

    1. I just realized when I read your comment that I didn't explain this! LOL. This is Persephone. I think the minions probably belong to Hades, even though they are assigned to her. ;)
